- Gather, analyze and prioritize customer requirements for MISA Retail Management Software (Eshop.misa.vn)
- Act as the customer advocate articulating the user’s needs
- Do market research and competitor analysis to define product competitive advantages
- Appraise new product ideas and suggestions to deliver the highest level of excellent user experience
- Help in building product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Works closely with IT & sales team to ensure business requirements and customer satisfaction goals are met
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor/Master of Economics, Business... in foreign countries. MBA degree is a plus
- At least 01 years experience in Product Manager/Product Owner/BA position or other positions requiring excellent analyzing skills
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem solving
- Have a good product mindset, customer-centric
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills, ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Result-oriented with excellent planning and organizational ability
- A fast learner, a flexible and adaptable person
