Mô tả công việc
- Develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the hotel. Also develops strategic action plans for hotels to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue.
- Identify the potentail development areas and properly deploy sales and marketing resources.
- Perform tasks assigned and instructed by Head of Department.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Working Experience:
- At least two year experience as a Marketing Executive in the hospitality industry.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as have the ability to consider, evaluate and make sound business decisions regarding financial related questions.
- Bachelor degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Diploma/ Certificate in Hotel Management preferred
* Skills:
- Must be good in English, both verbal and written. Korean preferred.
- The ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Computer skills: good in Microsoft office.
* Start working from December 2019.
