Tuyển Chuyên Viên Pháp Chế (Legal Specialist)
Mô tả công việc
- Providing legal advices to other departments in relation to operation and corporation of the company
- Drafting, reviewing all types of contracts and legal documents
- Supporting the corporate planning to arrange the BOM and shareholder meetings
- Providing legal briefing and legal research
- Updating new laws and regulations to the BOD and other departments
- Handing of debt collection, disputes and/or litigation when necessary
- Controlling the standard forms/templates created by Legal
- Controlling the Company seal
- Lodging the applications/dossiers to the local authorities to obtain the necessary licenses/permissions in relation to operation of the company
- Making the compliance matrix to check whether the Company’s operation and management comply with the local laws and the company policy
- Other legal and compliance jobs as required by the General Manager of Legal and Compliance
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years’ experience in legal and compliance environment (in law firms or as in-house counsel in multinational companies, prefer Japanese companies)
- Fluent English and Vietnamese
- Good Research, analytical, advising, drafting and communication skills
- Responsible, trustworthy and attention to details
- Hands-on approach with can-do attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
