• Analyze & reports on market social, digital trend for new training opportunities.
• Develop training strategies and plan in line with Region directions.
• Develop & monitor Training budgets effectively.
• Analyze and identify the training and development current & future needs of Distributors & Targeted Leaders in line with business needs, market trend of health & beauty.
• Lead to conceptualize & develop effective internal & externally-provided training programs/modules and training support materials.
• Manage and monitor quality of training programs/ modules & training support materials delivered, ensuring to meet training needs, relevant to Distributors and enhance Distributors’ performance effectiveness.
• Liaise with global & regional Training functions, Marketing to gather relevant information, up- to- date training development & innovations to develop/design local high quality, relevant and effective training programs/ modules and training materials.
• Prepare trainers & deliver the training programs to the targeted Distributor segments and Social & digital trend.
• Gather continuous feedback on trainer performance, training attendances and implementation service and satisfaction & drive continuous improvement in training delivered.
• Recruit, train, coach & develop qualified contract trainers, meeting Amway quality assurance & success metrics.

• Develop and implement effective training processes and protocols for trainers’ compliance & effective expected results delivered.
• Acquire & recruit qualified staff at right position.
• Strengthen staff’s skillful workforce through consistent on the job training programs as well as the appropriate job-related external trainings courses.
• Manage staff’s performance, motivate and reward effectively & efficiently for staff’s high engagement.
• Plan & manage career path planning & talent development for staff retention & meeting business job scopes expanded requirement.
• Maximize resources effectively.
• Lead important regional initiatives on training development & innovations to develop/ design local high quality, relevant and effective training programs/ modules and training materials and others ad-hoc projects at required.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduate of Business Administration, Economics or other related ones.
• At least 08 year experience in Training, strong in soft/business skills content management & development.
• At least 05 year experience in team management.
• Strong vision & strategic thinking ability.
• Good in analytical & strategic business planning skills.
• High adaptability & change management abilities.
• Excellent in high impact communication & presentation skills.
• Good in partnership building abilities.
• Strong leadership & managerial skills.
• Well organized and able to work under high pressure.
• Positive attitude & high level of maturity.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese.
• Willing to travel frequently.
