TRADE ACTIVITY
- General trade: Display, promotion, Visibility
- Modern trade: Visibility, activation, promotions
- Marketing activity in trade: New launch, Back to school, Tet promo, POSM
WORKING PROCESS
- Develop and align the Quarterly/Monthly trade marketing plan.
- Prepare monthly Promotion/Display/Sampling activities proposals.
- Issue the memo of promotion programs to announce Distributors/Sales team
- Prepare the Display agreements/contract (for Sales team & Retailers)
- Track, review & evaluate the result of sampling activities, promotions, display…
- Strickly follow WH's inventory to timely re-act
- Develop POSM in order to deliver distribution and visibility objectives in GT & MT.
- Work with agencies to design Sales tools, POSMs, Uniform
- Ensure visibility at 20k Milk shop in GT
- POSM have a lot of interaction with consumers in MT.
- Field check (4 times/month)
TRACKING AND CONTROL BUDGET
- Work with Finance team to update & track Trade expense (GTN) to ensure no overspending
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education qualification
- BA degree of economy university/college
Skills & Knowledge
- 3 years’ experience with Sales administration, customer service in FMCG company
- Back office: very good in excel, word, power point, outlook
- Experience with sales and management software
- Sales administration skills with customers and sales data management
- Good skills in both writing and oral communication and very good in English
Personality/ Qualities:
- Organized, dynamic, pro-active, self-driven, result and solution oriented
- Responsible and commitment toward assigned assigned tasks
- Autonomous and teamwork, team spirit.
