Senior Officer (Internal Security)
Mô tả công việc
- Implement measures to prevent violations related to all employees of MHT Vietnam
- Implement measures to detect and proactively prevent signs of violations of all employees of MHT Vietnam.
- Conduct investigation and verification of any signs of suspected violations or violations committed by employees at MHT Vietnam.
- Support the human resource management including recruitment, training, performance assessment and management. Build a sufficient and qualified workforce as per manning budget to implement the operating plans and ensure the effectiveness, functions and tasks of the departments.
- Coordinate with other functional heads/departments in MHT to effectively implement the assigned functions and tasks.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Qualifications: University, major in Police/Security, Economics, Engineering, Commerce, Management, Law or equivalent
- Knowledge: Security and law
- Experience: at least 02 - 03 years of experience in the professional field or equivalent, 3 years in a managerial position or at least first-line management level; experience in the armed forces is preferable.
- Age: 30 years old or more.
