Domicile Corporate Services is a leading licensed provider of corporate compliance and outsourcing services in Vietnam, with 3 offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Danang. Covering accounting, taxation and payroll services, along with company establishment and market entry support, we allow companies to focus on their core business by letting us take care of their compliance. Our Incorporation, Licensing and Secretarial Team provides international clients with company establishment, structural advisory, general licensing and work permit services.

We are seeking an Incorporation, Licensing and Secretarial Senior Officer to work in our Incorporation, Licensing and Secretarial Team located in our Ho Chi Minh City office. The role provides an opportunity for a qualified individual with some exposure to company establishment and licensing in Vietnam to develop their skills within Domicile Corporate Services. The Incorporation, Licensing and Secretarial Senior Officer will be trained whilst working as part of a team responsible for meeting all relevant licensing aspects and other needs in accordance with the signed service agreements.

The Incorporation, Licensing and Secretarial Senior Officer assists clients and the Team with undertaking advisory services regarding corporate structures, market entry for foreign investors/foreign invested companies, and statutory services to assist client with necessary procedures to obtain required certificates/licenses for their planned corporate structure. The Team also assists clients with onshore and offshore company establishment, franchising
registration, IP registration, work permits, and general corporate advice. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited:
• Having opportunity to be internally and externally trained
• Having opportunity to join the quarterly senior meeting and other event for senior level
• Assist Manager, and Supervisor with undertaking engaged services (i.e: provide advisory, letters of advice, supports on statutory procedures to client in relation to various commercial, corporate, and investment matters, etc)
• Work directly with client to assist them with their needs (in accordance with Engagement Letter and engaged services).
• Meetings and discussions with clients;
• Assist in documentation, translation, preparation of the application documents, and other documents
• Review documents provided by client and prepared by lower levels
• Legal research, negotiation with authorities and other relevant entities to deal with arisen issues, produce solutions and implementing the solutions;
• Ensure the quality of the highest international standards for everything which is undertaken by Domicile;
• Tracking the delegated tasks, and report to the Manager
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned/instructed by the Company, the Manager, or for compliance requirements under the company policy and the team process.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Graduate from a university with a major in law;
• 4 years of experience in legal consulting, corporate consulting service or related commercial roles;
• Advanced English (spoken and written);
• Ability to resolve problems, negotiation, and team work;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); and
• Desire to work in an international Business environment;

• Solid Interpersonal Skills: being able to influence and guide clients and colleagues across a broad range of professional and personal needs.
