Senior Legal Specialist (Temp 7 Months)

- Analyze regulatory impact on business of the company to support management’s decision.
- Provide legal advice on special issues or new business model if any; Detect and advise to prevent legal risks arising during operations and activities of the company.
- Work on the documents relating to commercial and procurement contract, collaboration, partnership, customer and / or procurement agreements, ecommerce, M&A, legal documents/minutes in High Standard and in bilingual (English and Vietnamese).
- Do application/ licensing.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Legal Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate from University of Law, University of Economics and Law. Business law/ Commercial law major is preferred.
- At least 5 years of working experience (in E-commerce, Retail, law firm experience is preferable).
- Good command of written English
- Present a good knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations applicable to business/retail/e-commerce field.
- Meticulous and pay attention to details. Careful thought, Open-mind and service mindset. Positive attitude, hardworking, teamwork & result-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, time management.
- Confident, persuasive individual capable of managing and resolving difficult situations.
- Good sense of responsibility, mature, self-driven and able to manage projects independently with minimum supervision.
- Have an ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks and provide practical and constructive advices in a business environment.
