Senior Legal Specialist

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide full legal support for fintech products, including development, launch, and ongoing operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial services, consumer protection, and data protection regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, financial, and IT-related agreements (including software licensing and vendor contracts).
• Support regulatory communication, reporting, and inspections.
• Assess legal risks and propose mitigation strategies for new products and business initiatives.
• Develop and update internal policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Advise management and cross-functional teams on legal, tax and regulatory matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation within the company.
• Other duties as requested by Direct Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor/ Master degree in law. Specialization: Financial / Banking Law; Technology/IT/Data protection Law; Tax Law.
• Upper-intermediate/Advanced English.
• At least 5 years of experience, including in bank, finance company, Fintech.
• Have experience in Legal support of development and launch of new financial products.
• Strong track record of communication and interaction with financial regulators.
• Solid expertise in consumer protection and financial services compliance.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in successful implementation of personal data protection and privacy regulations.
• Experience in legal structuring, licensing, and regulatory compliance of fintech products.
• Practical experience in drafting and negotiating agreements related to software development, licensing, and IT services.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, risk, IT, and compliance teams.
• Strong analytical skills and capability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
