Senior Legal Specialist

- Draft and review various legal documents such as contracts, MOU, application forms, letter, etc, ..
- Prepare operating license applications and regulatory filings (ERC, IRC, relevant approvals, license) and work with authorities
- Update and maintain database of relevant laws and industry- specific regulation
- Work with Headquarter in Korea to implement different compliance activities
- Assist in providing legal advise to other departments and BOD to reduce legal risk
- Ensure all the Company's activities complying with the regulation of the law (Vietnamese laws and international regulations)
- Monitor the law changes and offer suggestions to legal compliance of the company
- Support consulting and implementation of internal regulations, process, issues solving, etc. relating to daily operation activities.
- Other tasks related to legal as assigned by manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 4 years of experience (preferably in MNC Environment) in a similar position
- Bachelor of Law degree and qualified to practice law in Vietnam, Holding Lawyer Certificate is an advantage
- Have knowledge in Tax, Labor, Commerce, Finances & Banking, Intellectual property, IT Security and data privacy
- Ability to research and analyze regulation
