1. Legal advice and support

• Give legal advice and support upon the request from the other Department and/or the assignment of the Head of Legal department
• Draft the internal processes, documents, Power of Attorney and other documents under demand to the Company’s business activities
• Update, provide, instructions on legal applying directly relating to the Company’s business activities by law of Vietnam and other countries have the company’s office (Tax Law, Labor Law, Law on Enterprises, Code of Civil Procedures, Law on Commercial Arbitration, etc)
• Control the legal risk and the dispute risk on: drafts, review, revise of internal management documents, contract templates, transaction templates between the Company and customers or third parties
• Implement the legal procedures relating to the competent authorities
• Proposed the choice and communication to external law firms.

2. Other tasks

• Draft or prepare opinions contributing to the drafts of legal documents of the company
• Consult, instruct and/or participate in the resolutions of claims and disputes relating to the Company
• Other tasks under the assignment of the Head of Legal Department.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Qualifications: University degree in Law
• Knowledge: Minimum 02 years of experience in law firms or the Legal department, preferably previous experience in an international company. Legal knowledge (Enterprises & Investment regulations, working with partners overseas, etc.)
• Skills: Computer skills at MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint; Team-working, Independent-working, Effective Communication in both English and Vietnamese.
• Attitude: Hard-working, dynamic and logical mindset.

• Gross salary: 10.000.000 VND – 12.000.000 VND (competency – based), 100% Salary for Probation
• Lunch allowance: 35.000 VND/working day
