Mô tả công việc

The scope of work might change flexibly from time to time depending on the business and is specified by the company

Research, analyze, notice legal risks, and advise the Department on legal issues related to the Company's operation.
Draft, prepare, adjust the promotion registration documents under the customer program.
Carry out procedures for submitting and amending promotion registration licenses. Directly work with the State agency to adjust documents, including registration forms and regulations, accordingly before the submission.
Consult, implement, and/or manage legal procedures for Company license, including Intellectual property registration, establishment/restructuring of companies, and investment
Update with the new relevant regulations and systematize and update legal documents related to the Company's business activities. Timely dissemination of newly issued legal documents and policies to the Department.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Law – preferred to have completed the lawyer training course or the Lawyer Practicing license
Recommended number of years of experience: 5 years in the legal field, preferably at in-house legal counsel, expertise in e-commerce/FMCG/advertising service companies
A good understanding of corporate business regarding major regulations of promotion activities will be preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, good time management, organization skills and teamwork
Solution-based thinking and good problem-solving skill
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
Fluent in English is an advantage
