Senior Legal Executive

- Provide in house legal opinions with respect to commercial laws, investment law, labor law, general tax issues, etc. … to relevant departments.
- Draft and/or Review all internal and external contracts/ agreements that Company engages, to make sure the compliance with Vietnamese regulations as well as internal policies of the Company.
- Serve as the liaison with regulatory agencies if required and is responsible for submitting applicable filings to the authorities.
- Liaising with relevant individuals and entities to execute tasks, following up on processes, handling relating issues, and keeping updated;
- Provide risk assessment and legal advices on company operational and development projects.
- Work closely with other business partner when required, to ensure compliance by the departments.
- Working with legal advisors in the region & in Viet Nam to be responsible for compliance to relevant laws and regulations.
- Working with relevant partners to ensure permit & licenses as required for operation and expansion.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Very deep understanding in Vietnamese laws and regulations.
- 03 years’ experience as in-house lawyer in a multinational corporation.
- Experienced in managing all legal aspects for an independent business unit or operation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, balanced and independent judgment, law interpretation and implementation skills.
- Prioritize work, detail oriented, strong communication skill.
- Highly proficiency in oral, writing and communication in both English and Vietnamese.
