Senior Legal Counsel
Mô tả công việc
• Draft, review commercial contracts (including contracts with local/foreign suppliers, vendors), lease contracts, sales contracts and other related legal documents.
• Advise Business team on legal matters related to on-going and daily operation activities, including but not limited to goods labelling, leasing, marketing, etc.
• Review and support for registration of Intellectual Property.
• Review and draft required corporate documents, including company charter, related Shareholders and Board meeting minutes, etc.
• Handle licensing related matters (including company establishment, amendment of company business licenses, outlet licenses, etc.)
• Support General Counsel in other legal matters where required.
• Other legal tasks as delegated by General Counsel.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Law. Major in Commercial Law is an advantage.
• Lawyer Certificate (Legal Practicing Certificate) of Bar Association is an advantage.
• At least 5 year experiences working in law-firm or as an in-house lawyer.
• Proven experience as a Senior Legal Counsel in business environment.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information.
• Good communication skills.

• Good planning and organization skills.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (required).
• Ability to provide independent advice (verbally and in writing) to senior level management on highly technical matters.
• Independent judgment/decision making/problem solving skills.
• Strong ability to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
