Senior Legal Consulting Specialist

● Responsible for CHECK - CONSULT - BUILD - CONTROL all policies to ensure our benefits are well protected in all operations.
● Review & monitor contracts/agreements to protect the company's benefits.
● Consult, monitor & follow up on law compliance of the company regarding commerce, health, blockchain, and other regulations relating to company operation.
● Manage well Intellectual Property internally/externally to protect the company's benefits.
● Work and manage the extended projects of the company on investment, license application, KYC, and other relevant legal work.
● Assist in drafting, issuing, and managing internal legal documents of the company
● Any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
● Bachelor’s degree in Law, preferred to have the Lawyer Practicing license
● Recommended number of years of experience: at least five (5) years in the legal field and two (2) years in the same position, preferably in the role of in-house legal counsel, expertise in e-commerce/tech companies
● Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, good time management, organization skills and teamwork
● Solution-based thinking and good problem-solving skills
● Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
● Good command in English
