Mô tả công việc

Identify and develop potential tenants for residential, shophouse, retail spaces in SonKim Land’s high-end projects.
Collect and analyze market trends, update property listings and rental rates to advise owners and clients.
Work directly with CEO, SonKim Group and related stakeholders during leasing transactions.
Negotiate lease terms, propose and present rental packages to higher management for approval.
Build and maintain strong relationships with leasing agencies and key corporate clients.
Manage legal documents and ensure leasing procedures are accurate and on time.
Prepare regular/ad-hoc reports and perform other tasks assigned by line manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
3 years of experience in retail/shophouse/residential leasing, preferably in the premium/luxury segment.
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills; ability to prepare and present rental proposals to top management.
Well-connected with agencies and experienced in handling key accounts/major clients.
Good command of English (both spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Office.
Professional appearance, confident, dynamic, with the ability to work under high pressure.

Monthly salary, 100% salary in probationary period.
13th month salary, performance bonus
