Senior Investment Officer
Mô tả công việc
- Assist Investment Manager to build portfolio, build and evaluate the feasibility of investment projects, project / company appraisal, investment capital;
- Implementing and finalizing capital mobilization / capital divestment documentation for financial companies, investment funds.
- Implementation of investment reports and analysis, consultation on capital and legal structure.
- Advise the BOD on investment decisions.
- Building database for investment and post-investment monitoring.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree or postgraduate degree related to Economics, Finance, Investment, Business Administration
- Preferably holders of CFA, ACCA, MBA and have worked in banking and securities institutions.
- At least 4 years experience in financial investment and relationships with financial institutions such as banks and investment funds, banking.
- Understand the financial market, securities market.
- Good use of Microsoft office softwares (word, excel, power point).
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, enthusiasm for work, work pressure, timely reporting deadlines.
