1. Recruitment & Training
- Create a recruitment resource
- Perform procedural interview
- Perform integration training and hand over the new staff following the procedure
- Probationary evaluation and signing of labor contracts according to the procedure
- Perform training following the process
- Training assessment
2. Compensation and benefits
- Annual compensation and benefits planning
- Calculate the monthly payroll & insurance -Trade Union Fee- PIT, yearly bonus according to the process
- Carry out insurance tasks as prescribed
- Carry out Health Insurance 24/7 tasks as prescribed
- Finalize tax declaration and annual PIT
- Implement the employee benefits prescribed under the Law
- Make, inspect, supervise, and renew labor contracts for Vietnamese and foreign employees following the procedure
- Manage trade unions following the regulations
- Update / notify / instruct new/ updated changes on Insurance & Tax for employees and the Board of Directors
3. Organizational development & internal communication
- Plan to build a yearly assessment system
- Plan the internal communication
- Plan to develop the company's core values based on the SATO Holdings' plan
- Carry out the assessment/adjustment of the Job Description based on the year target
- Conduct a compliance review/adjustment
- Implement the assessment system based on the yearly target
- Implement the internal communication plan as planned
- Implement activities to develop the company's core values as planned
4. Administrative management
- Plan the purchase and management of tool and equipment yearly
- Implement and manage legal dossier information of the Company and foreign employee in accordance with regulations
- Implement the purchase of stationery, working tools in the Company according to the procedure
- Perform 5S activities in the office in accordance with the Company's regulations
- Perform tasks related to suppliers in accordance with the Contracts: Telecommunication, Printing services, company car, offices and apartments renting, logistics and accommodations...
- Make payment in cash/card

Main Requirement:
- At least 5-year-experience at the same position
- Majored in Human Resource Management/Human Resources Administration/Related fields
Other Requirements:
- For languages: English/Japanese - Intermediate level
- For experience: Strong in Training & Development, KPIs system management
