Key Responsibilities
We are hiring for an HR executive with training and engagement experience from technology or multi-national companies. Can do attitude, growth mindset and hunger to learn, dare to do are traits that we are definitely looking for. Experience in recruitment is also preferable. You will be closely partnering with business stakeholders for key deliverables below, including but not limited to:
*Training and Engagement:
- Support HRM on career development initiatives across functions
- Work with Department Heads to analyze & identify the training needs & design annual training plan in accordance with the Strategic Objectives of the Company
- Design onboarding training program following company values and culture
- Support HRM to set up internal training courses, introduce potential external and/ or online training courses/ vendor
- Build engaged and supportive culture by creatively organizing team building activities, both physically and virtually
- Design people pulse check, consistently monitor and address people concerns so as to improved working vibe
*Manage our office vendor so that they deliver great workplace experience for Ha Noi office
*Handle and support in talent acquisition activities

Required competencies and skills:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in career development, training and engagement activities for technology companies or multi-national companies.
- Honesty, integrity and professionalism.
- Good communication, interpersonal and relationship building ability.
- Pleasant and mature attitude.
- Ability to work independently as you are the only HR representative in Ha Noi office and work collaboratively with your team in HCMC. Able to handle issues or escalate them.
This position is reporting to HRM based in HCMC
