KEY OUTPUTS:

Legal:

1. Providing advices on Legal issue

2. Performing legal review for the Company’ contracts and agreement

3. Updating local Law and regulation timely

4. Preparing Company dossiers (under legal regulations on enterprises, insurance)

5. Monitoring the Company’s Policies, Regulations & Guidelines (PRG) in line with local Law/regulation and Regional Holding Company’s PRG

6. Managing the network of external consultants and lawyers

Relationship with regulator

1. Maintaining proper and adequate communication with local authorities on both the content and the frequency;

2. Monitoring all inward/outward official letters from/to regulator

3. Providing accurate and appropriate information to local authorities in a timely manner;

4. Responding promptly and properly to queries from local authorities;

• Regional Holding Company
• Professional Consultants/Lawyer

DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:

• To act within delegated authority by Compliance Controller/Head of LCD
