Partner with business leaders to turn ambiguous questions into precise hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria that matter to Vexere’s growth.
Architect the analytic approach: scope projects, prioritise the backlog, and map star/snowflake models and Dataform pipelines that will answer the problem at scale.
Build and maintain BigQuery pipelines with automated tests, alerts, and SLA checks to secure clean, reliable, and up‑to‑date data.
Curate, document, and version datasets; enforce coding standards and coach junior analysts to ensure consistent, reusable assets.
Run advanced analytics: A/B‑test design and causal inference, deep segmentation, forecasting, and ROI modelling to surface growth opportunities.
Transform findings into compelling dashboards and narratives, delivering clear, data‑backed recommendations to C‑level and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Drive adoption of new technologies (dbt, Airflow, GenAI) and host knowledge‑sharing sessions to elevate the company’s data culture.

3 + years of end‑to‑end analytics with measurable impact on product or revenue KPIs, including ownership of at least two full‑cycle projects.
Willing to learn and curious to explore data-driven insights
Teamwork spirit and proactive mindset
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets accurately
Familiarity with SQL; experience with BigQuery is a plus
Familiarity with BI Tools for visualization; experience with Looker Studio is a plus
