Senior Compliance Executive

- Develop, implement and manage an effective compliance plan.
- Advise and review internal regulations to ensure compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
- Conduct a post-review on internal regulations to detect the outdated regulation and give recommendation to comply with prevailing laws and regulations.
- Regularly review the implementation of laws and internal regulations by all departments.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
- Guidance and oversee the compliance self-assessment activities of all departments and validate results.
- Develop, implement and manage anti-corruption program.
- Report to the Head of Department any breach and noncompliance issues
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management or a related field.
- 4 years’ proven experience in compliance/ internal control/ internal audit.
- Preferably working in Financial & Banking institution.
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Efficiency in computer skills.
- Good command of written English;
- Well negotiating skill
- Planning skill
- Critical thinking & result-oriented;
- Proactive and independent under high pressure.
- Hardworking, teamwork
- Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
- Be able to communicate with all the ranges of employee
- Communication effectively - directly & on telephone
