• General:
  • Lead the project team to develop architecture design solutions for projects.
  • Have working knowledge of current Vietnam Building standards & codes; knowledge of foreign Building codes.
  • Investigate options and alternatives for architecture design concepts.
  • Fully develop architecture design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation.
  • Encourage and supervise junior designers to provide good design and standard detailing.
  • Plan designer work flow.
  • Assist in marketing and representation for the company.
• Project Setup
  • Finalize the client brief for approval and sign off
  • Review and summarize all statutory requirements in regards to local and authority submissions
  • Prepare a list of documents to form the basis of all required authority submissions, design documentation and working drawings package
  • Prepare or advise or comment on design program
• Design and Documentation
  • Prepare sketch designs including perspectives, material selections etc.
  • Revise the design based on input from the client
  • Prepare drawing documentation after signing final design development by client
  • Present the design concept to the client, with the Project Director
  • Visit the site to take site measurements, digital photographs and investigate the area
  • Co-ordinate with other project consultants, and
  • Coordinate with the technician team to prepare construction documentation for architectural work including details and specification and design report
  • Sketch designs, provide details and materials for input by the technician team and 3D (if necessary)
• Project Management
  • Assist the Design team to develop details and cross check with other relevant documents
  • Review deliverables prepared by team, revise where necessary and present to Design director before passing to client
  • Visit site to inspect the construction ensure compliance with the design specifications
  • Prepare a plan, including resources, to produce a proposal
  • Maintain a register of all contractor communications
  • Coordinate with the client’s cost consultant /QS to develop and finalize budget details
  • Issue information to the contractors in regards to RFI, change orders, additional details, site instructions and variations
  • Attend site meetings as necessary
• Other
  • Assist Business Development team to prepare appropriate proposals
  • To ensure that the Quality Management System is implemented and maintained
  • Coordinate with the design team to update the company design database which includes 3D presentation images, AutoCAD Library, photographs, products and project

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor of Architecture
• Professional certificate in Architecture is a plus
• Professional experience over 10 years in design
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Personal organizational and Time management ability
• Eagerness to work within a collaborative team environment on high profile projects
• Hard working and Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to use design softwares such as Revit (intermediate to expert level), CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup etc.
• And candidates with below additional programs will have advantages: Enscape, Lumion, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo etc.
