  • To advise and propose to the BOD issues in the field of personnel such as: building organizational structure of company, administration of the company, recruitment, training, salary and reward schemes, welfare regimes benefit for employees, ...
  • Organizing and implementing administrative assignment follow HR & Admin's functions and follow BOD's requirement;
  • Making annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment and training plans.
  • Building, supplementing, completing processes and regulations applied in the Company.
  • Developing Human Resources in the company by devising strategies to evaluate employee productivity, recruitment, training and talent development.
  • Overseeing the departmental system, Human Resources management strategies and tactics
  • Supervising and guiding personnel.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with internal Regulations and Laws
  • Building regulations and planning schedule related to using of possession and equipment of the company;
  • Building plan and organizing, supervising the implementation of security order, labor safety, labor hygiene and fire prevention;
  • Building a system of rules and regulations for the company and monitoring the observance of such rules;
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Graduated from College/University or higher education in relevant subjects.
  • 5 years of experience in relevant position. To be knowledgeable about Law of Enterprises and other relevant Laws.
  • Communicating, developing and maintaining relationships with partners in order to serve for job’s requirements.
  • Good knowledge and practical experience to negotiate, manage, analyze and solve complaints.
  • Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Professional requirements.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft office skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure, work independently and team work.
