Mô tả công việc

- Lead the quality team of inspectors comprise material inspection, bulk transfer inspection, digital printing inspection.

- Provide leadership on administrative control, quality direction & standard guidance, training to inspector.

- Co-operate with respective HOD to understand & well verse of quality & production process on each Job order so as to work with QC team to execute the right quality control process to ensure high quality deliverance printer product to customer.

- Co-operate with merchandising development team & other graphic/ digital/ color/ transfer HOD to work together to develop a successful printed product.

- Taking detail consideration of each development limitation & quality expectation from the client/brands to feedback / train the QC team.

- To manage across all brands Quality Compliance program, well verse on each brands quality & testing manual to propose internal / 3rd party testing direction.

- To review/revise TTV internal Quality SOP process to utmost match to client expectation.

- To attend to customer quality assessment visit & project on TTV.

- To receive & attend to client feedback/complaint of quality fall out, to manage the quality issue with co-ordination to other HOD.

- To work closely to update sales/customer team on each job order of quality concern prior to ex shipment.

- To lead & formulate proper quality reporting on weekly & monthly, to ensure quality report generation are accurate & reflective to highest integrity.

- Secondary responsibility to assist management to oversight on external production quality control process, fabric inspection at mill, garment inspection at vendor factory.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Fluently in English (speaking and writing).

- Graduated from univerity.

- Has experience in QA/ QC garment industry.
