Project Management
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of data engineers, analysts, and developers.
- Assign responsibilities, set expectations, and foster a culture of collaboration.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and resolve roadblocks.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with business users to identify key performance metrics and analytics opportunities.
Technical Expertise
- Oversee the design and implementation of data analytics solutions, leveraging tools like Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Power BI, and others.
- Ensure the integrity, security, and scalability of data solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure best practices in ETL, data modeling, and dashboard design.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and AI.
- Identify areas of improvement in project delivery processes and implement changes for efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of TC Data’s methodologies and best practices.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or related projects, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and cloud platforms like Azure (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Azure Data Factory).
- Proven track record of managing data analytics projects from concept to completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical teams and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
Nice to Have:
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Power BI, or PMP.
- Experience in industries like manufacturing, finance, consumer goods, or retail.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics and AI tools such as Python, R, or Machine Learning frameworks.
