Mô tả công việc

Develop and maintain production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and capacity.
Schedule production activities and adjust plans to meet changing priorities or unexpected constraints.
Ensure availability of raw materials, components, and packaging by coordinating with the Procurement and Warehouse teams.
Track and monitor production progress, quickly addressing delays or bottlenecks.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on production status, capacity utilization, and material requirements.
Collaborate with Production Supervisors to ensure adherence to schedules and optimize workflow.
Analyze demand trends and support planning improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate data within ERP/MRP systems.
Conduct root-cause analysis for production delays and propose corrective actions.

Salary: will be discussed during the interview (about 450~550USD)
Working time: 8 hours/day and 5 days/ week
Welfare Bonus: 2 times/ year
