Mô tả công việc
- Lead the S&OP cycle including data collection, running pre-S&OP and monthly S&OP meetings.
- Continually review the S&OP process to ensure it continues to be up-to-date with current best practice and suitable for business needs.
- Develop planning tools and framework to determine material requirement and material stock projection.
- Seek and recommend solutions to overcome issues arising in order to meet production requirements and address operational risks.
- Develop and maintain material plans to ensure production requirements are met while minimizing excess inventory.
- Analyze production schedules and material requirements to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Work with Purchasing team ensure the timely delivery of materials and resolve any material shortages or issues, monitor inventory levels & maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Manage material forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date demand projections.
- Identify and resolve material-related issues that may affect production timelines.
- Develop, implement, and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Coordinate with production teams to adjust schedules based on changing demand, capacity, and material availability.
- Track and optimize production performance, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and throughput.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., engineering, procurement, sales) to align production plans with business requirements.
- Ensure that production plans adhere to the company's quality standards, lead times, and cost constraints.
- Analyze production performance data to assess efficiency, throughput, and delivery performance.
- Lead regular meetings with cross-functional teams to review production schedules, material requirements, and inventory management.
- Generate reports on production status, inventory levels, and material planning metrics.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in related field.
- 5+ years of experience in materials planning, purchasing, supply chain or a related position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Office software and material management systems (Odoo, MRP, SAP etc…)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
