As a member of the Marketing Department of HLG Vietnam, your main duties will be:

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms;
• Optimize ad spend to maximize lead generation while maintaining cost efficiency;
• A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates;
• Monitor key metrics such as cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS) to ensure campaign effectiveness;
• Support the Marketing team with event coordination and client invitation;
• Manage HLG’s in-house ad accounts and oversee campaigns run by external agencies;
• Be responsible for personal KPI and targets;
• Participate in Company’s general activities such as seminars, events, training sessions, etc.;
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in lead generation or service-based industries;
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for campaign optimization;
• Experience working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is a plus;
• Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and make strategic decisions;
• Good command of English is a must (reading, speaking and writing).
• Contract duration: 1 year renewable;
• Probation period: 2 months;
