Mô tả công việc
- Develop and execute partnership plans that align with business goals.
- Build and manage all LitExtension Partnership Programs.
- Identify and engage potential partners to establish strategic collaborations and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Help onboarding new Agency partners on LitExtension services, ensuring they understand the products and operating procedures.
- Coordinate with Account Manager (B2B Sales) to ensure the best partner experience.
- Actively nurture and interact with existing partners, ensuring the best support for partners to achieve common goals (win-win-win pillar).
- Report, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership activities, make recommendations for improvement when necessary.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to leverage partnerships for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Represent LitExtension at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and establish new connections.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher;
- Having at least 02 years of experience in partnership/ business development;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in English: Ielts 6.5; Confidence in speaking.
- Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives that contribute to business growth.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams;
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, etc., is a plus.
