Operations Manager (m/f) International Fashion swim wear label requirement for our Company CDM
International Fashion Label for Women’s Swimwear based with its Headquarters in Vietnam has opened a position for an operation manager in Saigon. The Vietnamese operation has a lead in design, production and supply chain management as well as being part of the global sales and marketing organization.
The company has an ambitious growth strategy and will introduce several “go-to-market” business partnerships to achieve its business plan in the next coming years worldwide. The company has two major global target markets and the Vietnam operation will play a key part in achieving the strategy and business execution.
Operations Manager (m/f)
The operations Manager has a vast experience as a fashion production operations manager and is open for a new challenge. A fashion production background in Fashion production is essential, multi lingual as well as managing fashion design and production teams. The position offers a dynamic working environment to support the ambition of the company and he/she will have a direct report to the CEO. Located in one of Saigon’s most attractive offices, it will be inspirational to introduce new processes and experiences to become a global fashion mainstay in woman swimwear. Being responsible for the Vietnam operation comes with high responsibility and the company rewards on performance equally. The company expects that the operations manager brings modern management leadership skills as well as the willingness/ambition to be part of a fast-growing global organization. The fashion industry has changed over the last decades dramatically and seasons turned into short cycles in design, production and supply. Besides the own fashion label, several private label productions will be integrated in the company as well as production for fashion labels as well.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- English skills (speaking, listening, writing, reading): very good
- At least 3 years of experience in design and garment industry
- Priority for candidates who have worked for foreign company
