Mô tả công việc
- Daily Operations Management
- Coordinate and oversee all stages of shipment handling (airfreight & sea freight, import & export) to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
- Supervise booking processes, cargo movements, and document preparation until each file is successfully closed.
- Monitor shipment schedules, proactively handle delays, and communicate updates to customers.
- Interview - train - monitor
- Vendor & Customer Coordination
- Offer quotation to customers/agents. Send introduction and meetting with new agents/customers
- Update local market rates as a regular basis and follow up with existing agents/ customers
- Assist in the business development
- Monthly report
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations, with at least 3 years of management in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of air/sea freight processes, import/export regulations, and cargo documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Transport & Logistics, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
