Mô tả công việc

Technical Documentation & Drafting
- Produce accurate and detailed AutoCAD/Revit and drawings for assigned interior work, including general arrangement plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), elevations, sections, joinery/millwork details, furniture, and custom fixtures.
- Update and revise technical drawings based on feedback from the Design Director, Client, or site constraints.
Design Coordination & Collaboration
- Work alongside the Design Director and Senior Designers to translate concept designs into buildable technical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal team members (3D visualizers, junior draftspersons) by providing clear technical sketches, structural details, and material notes.
Material Specifications, FF&E & Contractor Interface
- Prepare technical specifications, schedule of finishes, and material schedules for construction packages.
- Follow up on technical queries (RFIs), shop drawing approvals, and clarification requests with Contractors, sub-contractors, and material suppliers.
Site Support & Quality Assurance
- Conduct site visits and attend technical coordination meetings as necessary.
- Inspect site progress to ensure construction work adheres to the approved technical documentation, specifications, and quality standards.

Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design
Minimum 2 year-experience in same level
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use AutoCAD (expert level), REVIT plus
Personal organizational and Time management ability
Eagerness to work within a collaborative team environment on high profile projects
Hard working and Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
