Mô tả công việc
- Receive new orders from customers
- Facilitates efficient and accurate processing of orders
- Maintains product database with product numbers, descriptions, pricing information, adding new items and assigning product numbers
- Creates, analyzes, distributes daily and weekly reports, monitoring open and in-fulfillment orders
- Provide export instructions for EXIM department
- Follow up claims
- Enter invoice and price into the system
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good command of English
- Hard working and dynamic
- Possess the ability to make decisions to resolve any customer situation effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skiils
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software used to track goods and create records
