Verify the booking as recorded correctly in the Accounts Receivable Sub-Ledger sorted by customer.
Confirm that the accounts receivable balance in the General Ledger agrees to the Sub-Ledger.
Verify all sales are settled by credits cards, and ensure all payments are received from credit card companies and ensure no unsettled sales vouchers remain.
Process credit card payments and refund to customers.
Verify all OC and ENT billings; respond for booking up entries and Internal Expense using monthly report to Credit Manager and Finance Controller.
Ensure all invoices and supporting evidences are filed and kept in order.
Assists in preparing of monthly and yearly financial reports.
Ensuring compliance with existing internal and external accounting policies and procedures pertaining to one or more operational areas.
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records for historical purpose.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Perform other duties assigned by the superior.
