- Topographical surveying, geologic investigation and hydro meteorological surveying of electric power plant, regional electric network and construction projects.
- Supervising construction projects, describing topographical foundation trench of electric power plant, regional electric network and construction projects.
- To plan and develop the power system of all regions in Vietnam.
- To plan and improve regional electric network of district, town.
- Consultant for feasibility study, design and making general cost estimation of electrical projects, electric power plant projects, and substation transmission line projects.
- Consultant for feasibility study, design and making general cost estimation of civil and industrial projects.
- Consultant for bid document and to tender invitation for buying domestic or foreign equipments.
- Consultant for supervising, building construction and project management of electric plants and electrical network.
- Consultant for verification of consulting documents: feasibility report, feasibility studies, basic designs, technical designs, general cost estimation, etc.
- Quality checking and building material testing.
- Designing many kinds of steel tower, steel structures for electrical network and communication system.
