Primary Responsibilities:

Primary point of contact for Regional Contracts Team for the purposes of Contract reviews. The Local Contracts Champion would be required to review all client contracts including NDAs, client contract templates (in the event clients insist on using their templates), Tenders, client amendments to our Standard Contracts, Broker’s Letter of Undertaking
Escalating Contract issues to Regional Contracts Team, including LoL increases and LoL wording deviations, bid and performance bond requirements, unusual requirements that conflict with our internal policies and operating practices
Primary point of contact for Contract implementation and updates
First point of contact for Contract queries. Escalation to the Regional Contracts Team where required
Assist in Contract/LoL audits – Local Contracts Champion will assist the Regional Contracts Team to check that valid (not expired) contracts in file, all services provided to client are covered by our Contracts, risk committee approval conditions adhered to, Contracts are properly deployed (ToBAs are issued in the correct way)
Assist Regional Contracts Team with such other Contracts initiatives as the Regional Contracts Team may require from time to time
Translation: ensure that all translations from Vietnamese to English and vice versa are accurate
Seek advice from Local Compliance on local laws and regulations relevant to client Contracts and services
Provide timely and accurate legal advice/assessment on all legal matters/cases to the Company
Conduct contracts training.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education: Bachelor's degree in Insurance or Law
Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in contract management
Other: Great command of written and spoken English
