Mô tả công việc
- Listing Optimization (SEO & Content):
- Manage the growth of our brand on US platforms (Wayfair, Amazon). You will be responsible for listing optimization, executing PPC advertising campaigns, and planning promotions to maximize sales in the US market.
- Create and manage detailed product information, ensuring all content (Titles, Bullet Points, Descriptions) is accurate, sufficient, and optimized for US search keywords.
- Develop high-quality A+ Content (Amazon) and visual assets to increase conversion rates and organic ranking (SEO).
- Coordinate with the design/content team to ensure product imagery meets US market standards.
- Advertising & Promotions (PPC):
- Plan and execute Online Advertising Campaigns (Amazon PPC, Sponsored Products, Wayfair Sponsored Listings).
- Evaluate and propose appropriate Pricing & Promotion strategies (e.g., Coupons, Lightning Deals, Way Day, Prime Day).
- Monitor ad spend to ensure budget efficiency and high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Research US-UK furniture trends and competitor activities to propose new merchandising plans.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Reporting:
- Regularly report on sales performance, traffic metrics, and ad effectiveness.
- Keep accurate records of e-commerce activities and documents.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience & Knowledge:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (Cross-border E-commerce or US Market preferred).
- Knowledge of US-UK exported furniture is a strong priority.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Skills:
- English is mandatory (Reading/Writing) for creating content and communicating with support/partners.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel to track performance.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attitude:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, hard-working, open-minded, and eager to learn.
- Logical, creative, and progressive thinking.
- Preferred Qualifications (Priority)
- Knowledge of US-UK exported furniture products.
- Experience working in a similar international/cross-border e-commerce environment.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
