About Us: INDOCHINE COUNSEL is a leading full-service commercial law firm with offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. The firm represents a wide range of multinational and domestic clients, handling various business and investment matters.
Role Summary: As a member of the Marcom & Business Development team based in Ho Chi Minh City, the successful candidate will assist in developing and executing the firm’s business development and marketing programs. This role involves working closely with partners to raise the firm’s profile, increase visibility, and strengthen the client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marcom & BD team in developing and implementing strategic business development plans.
- Actively research and understand the firm’s key sectors and competitive positioning through internal and external analysis.
- Collaborate with teams to implement marketing activities aligned with business plans and the firm’s strategy.
- Manage marketing materials, digital platforms (website, Facebook, LinkedIn), and prepare press releases.
- Support business development events, maintain award records, and coordinate legal briefings/publications.
- Generate viral marketing ideas and provide direction for advertising campaigns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Experience in legal marketing and advertising preferred.
