Project Legal Manager is responsible for managing, supervising and implementing compensation, land legal, project legal, official duty to ensure the project is implemented on schedule, effectively, in accordance with the law and guidelines of Company.
Manage & follow up with Consultants and person in charge in authorities for whatever submission required for the projects such as: coordinate 1/5000 Master plan, utilities connection approvals, project height approval, 1/2000 planning, 1/500 planning, Basic Design, Technical design, Construction permit, etc. in order to get approval in time.
Submit project investment in-principal approval / investment approval / investor recognition.
Assist construction team in periodically site inspection by Authorities such as: construction inspections, Firefighting police, SHE officer; getting final inspection approval, occupancy permit; and handling over infra structure to competency authorities. Support construction team to resolve complaints by stakeholder to protect and support the projects and the developer.
Organize official and unofficial meeting with competency authorities for support the construction and get approval of any other requirements by Authorities during construction, i.e. permit of street excavation, permit of power, water, drainage connections, etc …
Submit for sales permit for residential projects and ownership certificates for purchasers of apartments, landed properties.
Building and developing networks with local authorities and state agencies to strengthen their coordination in dealing with arising legal issues to ensure compliance with regulations and target plans of the Company.
Coach, develop, motivate, and provide growth opportunities for employees.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor’s degree in law
Over 8-year experience in project legal, 3 years’ experience at the same level.
Priority to people who have experience working in the legal field, implementing legal documents related to land
Working experience in projects of a similar size to DNWFC (170 hectares).
Knowledge of land-related laws
Knowledge of legal procedures on land licensing
