If you enjoy working with team members who are committed to bringing clients satisfaction and success, then you may be the person we are seeking to join our Litigation practice group in Ho Chi Minh City as an Associate
Key responsibilities:
- Working and receiving documents, information and requests from Clients;
- Preparing client correspondence and legal documents from instructions;
- Conducting and researching facts to prepare case accordingly;
- Drafting various types of legal documents such as contracts, memos, legal opinions, pleadings, record summaries, subpoenas, etc;
- Contacting with clients, institutions, enterprises and competent authorities;
- Representing clients to work with related parties, Courts, Arbitration and other relevant authorities;
- Engaging in pre-litigation settlement discussions to resolve the conflict before going to court/arbitration;
- Assisting with filing materials in court offices/arbitration center/other relevant authorities, and proceeding other administrative tasks as needed;
- Participating in Court/Arbitration proceedings as assigned;
- Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Hold LLB from a local law university;
- Having at least 03 year of experience in litigation;
- Good command of verbal and written English and Vietnamese;
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced; high-pressure environment;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Highly motivated and adaptable.
