Mô tả công việc
- Legal Advisory
- Provide legal opinions to the Board of Directors regarding organizational structure, corporate governance processes, and dispute resolution related to the company.
- Department Support
- Advise and support other departments on legal matters concerning business operations.
- Legal Documentation Management
- Supervise and manage the company’s legal records and documents.
- Contract Drafting & Review
- Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, particularly those related to media production and distribution, sponsorship agreements, advertising contracts, and other business agreements.
- Risk Management
- Assess and mitigate legal risks in media projects and business activities.
- Licensing & Compliance
- Handle and coordinate licensing procedures related to the company’s business activities.
- Update and adjust corporate legal documents (e.g., business registration) for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Manage intellectual property and copyright registrations.
- Government Relations
- Work with relevant government authorities to resolve tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Law. Candidates with knowledge of Intellectual Property Law and Media Law are preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum of 4 years in corporate legal affairs, legal consultancy, or similar roles, especially within media, advertising, commerce, broadcasting, or content production companies.
- Skills & Knowledge
- Proven experience as an in-house legal counsel, preferably in advertising/media.
- Strong legal analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in drafting and reviewing contracts, particularly in media and copyright.
- Solid understanding of corporate law, commercial law, intellectual property law, and other regulations relevant to the company’s business.
- Personality & Attitude
- Agile, detail-oriented, and meticulous.
- Strong sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn.
