Mô tả công việc

Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the organization and propose strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.
Provide legal advice on new business model or special issue; Detect and advise to prevent legal risks arising during operations and activities of the company.
Monitor and track regulatory news and developments, analyze their impact on the industry & business of company to support management’s decision relating to company business and legal compliance.
Build up legal and commercial framework, draft legal documents/agreements/contracts/minutes in High Standard and in bilingual (English and Vietnamese); complete necessary arrangements to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the company’s interest.
Prepare and submit documents related to investment, establish/modify the branch/business location, registration of intellectual property, corporate legal, …
Liaising with the competent authorities and many internal functional departments to complete assigned tasks.
Other duties as assigned by the Legal Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor 's Degree in Business/Economic Law.
From 03 to 05 years of working experience (E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Law firm experience is preferable).
Good command of written English is required.
Present a good knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations applicable to business/retail/e-commerce field;
Have an ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks and provide practical and constructive advices in a business environment;
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, time management.
Ability to work independently, proactive, services mindset under high pressure.
Hardworking, teamwork & result-oriented;
