- Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the organization and propose strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk
- Provide legal advice on a new business model or special issue
- Detect and advise to prevent legal risk arising during operations and activities of the company
- Prepare and submit documents related to investment, establish/ modify the branch/ business location, registration of intellectual, property, corporate legal...
- Liaising with the competent authorities and many internal functional departments to complete assigned tasks
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate from University of Law/ Economics and Law, etc.
- Having over 3 years’ experience at the same position. At least 1 year of experience working in law firm or enterprise
- Meticulous and pay attention to details
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, time management
- Have an ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks and provide practical and constructive advice in a business environment
- Ability to work independently, proactive, services mindset under high pressure
- Hardworking, teamwork and result-oriented
- Good command of English in writing & speaking
