We would like to find fulltime professonal lawyer (Preferably more than 5 years legal experience) for our HCMC office.

Assist CEO for FDI cases. Prepare legal documents in English and Vietnamese.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and legal documents to safeguard the legal interests of both clients and the company.
Maintain good relationship with local law offices and firms.
Work and maintain good relationship with Government Officers to push customer's dossiers and solve the troubles if any;
Participating in other legal advice activities from customers.
Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client's issues;
Perform other ad hoc duties as required;

Bachelor's Degree in Law and must have lawyer card
Over 5 years working experience in professional service and/ or Law firms with minimum 5 years at supervisory level;
Flexibility to adapt with business requirements and changing laws and regulations.
Must be initiative, independent and strong motivation;
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure;
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
