Duties and Responsibilities

This position holder should:

- Be in charge of any issues related to legal aspects and provide legal advice on operational matters of the company

- Responsible for reviewing the legality, and legitimacy for all agreements, contracts, policies and guidelines issued by the company

- Monitor the matter of law compliance and update the key changes in the local laws which might affect the operation and advise action plan

- Manage legal documents and records of the Company according to regulations

- Other relating tasks up to direct report request

- Graduated from Law University

- At least 5 years of experience in legal field (It is a plus for candidates to have experience in pharmaceutical industry)

- Ability to research and analyze the regulation

- Strong research skills (regulations, legislations, legal precedents, etc.)

- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure that confidential data is handled in a sensitive manner

- Analytical, reasoning skills, and high attention to detail

- Strong command of English both written and spoken

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and the Internet
