Introduction:

DEDICA is a Ho Chi Minh City–based business law firm specializing in legal services for foreign-invested and domestic enterprises. We advise on a wide range of matters, including legal retainer services, investment and company formation, M&A, licensing, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.

Recruitment Information:

Position: Legal Intern
Number of positions: 02
Internship duration: Flexible based on registration, but at least 24 hours per week.
Work location: 11^th Floor, A&T Building, 171 Hai Ba Trung Street, Xuân Hòa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Description:

Assist lawyers and legal associates in drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, and other legal documents under supervision.
Translate legal and administrative documents.
Support the preparation of application dossiers for enterprise registration, investment registration, and other specialized licenses as instructed.
Coordinate with supervisors in client interactions, particularly in handling licensing and compliance matters.
Accompany and assist supervisors in working with competent authorities to carry out administrative procedures as assigned.
Draft litigation-related documents and submissions under the guidance and review of supervising lawyers.
Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned by lawyers or direct supervisors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Qualifications and Knowledge: Third-year, fourth-year law students or recent graduates majoring in Law.
Thinking Skills: Strong legal reasoning and logical thinking abilities.
Language Skills: Ability to use English and/or Chinese language.
Attitude: Careful, responsible, proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Thời gian làm việc

Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break.
