Mô tả công việc

Review and draft contracts, internal policies, corporate documents, and other legal governmental documents.
Provide legal advice and risk assessment in relation to the company’s operations.
Assist to prepare reports, minutes of meeting, materials, and presentations for the Legal Department;
Draft and translate required documents.
Update new laws and regulations which are relevant to the Company’s business and operations and maintain the legal database to ensure that all new legislations are updated.
Oversee all administrative issues of the Legal Department.
Maintain efficient legal and corporate filing and company's records and contract/permits/certificates and keep them most updated.
Other tasks are assigned by Head of Legal Department;

University degree in law from a reputable university
Strong knowledge and understanding of Vietnam laws.
Minimum 2-3 years experience as an in-house legal counsel for a multinational corporation or an associate in a law firm.
Rich experience in real estate or construction industry is an advantage.
Time and management skill, communication, interpersonal relations.
Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to recognizing needs and solve problems.
Good planning and organization skills.
Fluent in verbal and written Vietnamese and English (required).
