Mô tả công việc
1. Assisting Store/Project Development:
- Handle business registration, establishment Certificate for new stores/new business projects
- Draft, review, check and ensure the legality of documents, agreements, rental contracts…between Phano and landlords/householders
2. Assisting Cooperation/Trading Development:
- Consult, advise and support other departments to solve procedures related franchise’s activities, new business models and others.
- Review, draw up templates of commercial contracts / agreements to ensure Company's benefit and/or in compliance with the legal requirement;
3. Consulting:
- Consult the legal documents and procedures of all company’s projects.
- Check the relating laws and regulations, provide legal opinion/advice on any matters of the Corporate’s business activities;
- Analyze situations about risks/feasibility/results of on –going project/upcoming project to BOD/Project Leader…
- Other legal requirements/supports within the Company designed by Legal Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Law University degree
- Age: 24 - 30 years old
- Good at Microsoft Office and English, especially very strong at writing skill
- Prefer candidate who has experience working either in-house company or law firm
- Minimum 02 years of practical experience
- Experience in retail fields shall be preferred.
- Details oriented and being able to handle multi-tasks.
- Hard working, quick minded and eager to learn
