Mô tả công việc

• Draft and review contracts and transactions; and negotiate with MISA's customers and partners.
• Preside over or participate in drafting and reviewing MISA’s contract and agreement templates (sale contract, business cooperation contract and/or labour contract...).
• Give legal advice on issues arising in production and business activities to ensure compliance with the law.
• Build or support in building internal processes, rules and regulations to ensure that the MISA's operation complies with the law.
• Supervise and follow the implementation of laws, processes and regulations in MISA; summarize and evaluate the employees' understanding and compliance with laws and regulations
• Update timely and accurately legal documents and policies related to the management, production and business activities of MISA
• Consult on dispute resolution.
• Make weekly/monthly/yearly reports of work results and arising problems.
• Perform other tasks when requested by the Head of the Legal Department

Working time

• Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:30) 1 hour 30 minutes lunch break.
• Saturday Morning (08:00 - 12:00)

Must have

• Age: From 24 - 28
• Have Bachelor's degree in national or international law institutions (Priority is given to Hanoi Law University, University of Law – Vietnam National University, Faculty of Law - Foreign Trade University).
• Have at least 2 years of experience in legal consulting for enterprises
• Have clear working plan
• Be honest and proactive
• Good English

Priority

• Have knowledge of laws and regulations on intellectual property, enterprise, labour, IT and bidding
• Have in-house legal experience.
